Then out of the oven and in the fridge for three hours to cool and soak in their own juices...

Then slathered with Sweet Baby Ray's right proper with a mop...

On the grill for about 4-6 minutes, low heat... just long enough to caramelize the sauce...

Enjoy with a fine chilled beverage...

Buffalo "Chicken" Pizza

We have a wing sauce base up in here, with jalapenos, cheddar, blue, mozza and parm cheeses. There is no chicken on here cause I tried to cook some old frozen chicken and while it was cooking it almost made me sick so I decided to just toss it. It was pretty good and spicy. I am still unsure of how I feel about the melted blue cheese, but all and all I would say it was a success.

Old Chicago

This is a real treat right here. Not only are we enjoying pizza outside with delicious beverages we have three wonderful choices. Can't go wrong with any of these.   This picture is bringing back some pretty good pizza memories. Please click on it to get a larger view of the spectacular pizzaness.

Philly Cheese Steak Pizza

We start with some green pepper and onions...

Next we cut up some provolone....

I marinated and then pan fried up a skirt steak... I was going to bbq, but my gas ran out on me.

next we start seeing the magic take place. Olive oil base, followed by the provolone, onion, pepper and steak. We then sprikle an Italian mix on it.

There you have it, Philly Cheese Steak Pizza

August 2009

The following is a picutre of me in front of Sunshine Pizza. There was a beef and onion pizza that made me burp for hours, but I still think of how awesome it was before the burping took place.

I know this isn't pizza, but I cleared it with the other members and we are okay to post other delicious conCOCKtions on here.
Ashley made me healthy and yummy turkey burger sliders on wheat bread toast, with a frosty glass of Longboard Lager from Kona Brewery.
